Shipping time, shipping methods and prices

   We aim to dispatch products within 1 to 3 working days. To calculate delivery dates you should add shipping times on top of that. Shipping time depends on destination country, working speed of sorting centres and holidays in different countries. Please find information below to estimate your delivery dates.

Shipping and returns

  • Confirmed and paid orders normally are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, please add shipping time on top of that to calculate delivery dates, packages can be dispatch from United Kingdom or Latvia.

  • We offer 3 services for delivery:
  1. Standard shipping method does not include online tracking option, delivered without a signature
  2. Tracked shipping method will give you an online tracking number, the capability of tracking depends on destinations, some countries have intra-country scans some will only show when the package is delivered
  3. DHL Express Worldwide includes online tracking option. Recipient's phone number and e-mail address required for delivery

  • We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
  • If you use Tracked or DHL Express worldwide services signature will be required at the time of delivery. After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
  • Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering goods.
  • You can make a return request for misprinted, damaged, defective items within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Claims for undelivered items must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please use the Customer support contact form to do so. Please make sure to specify the reason for return. Provide as much information as possible. Please add images of misprinted, damaged, defective items. If there was an error on our part it will be covered at our expense.

Reasons Of Returns

Incorrect Delivery Address ⇓

If your end customer provided an incorrect address package will be returned to us. In this case we will have to charge additional shipping costs to resend it.

Unclaimed Package ⇓

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We can resend them at your expense.

Misprinted Damaged or Defective Items

If there was an error at our side there will be no need to return the item but we will need an image of the issue to confirm it.

  • Recipient's phone number and e-mail address required for delivery if you use DHL Express service
  • All DHL Express orders are automatically marked as a priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible.
  • Shipments outside EU may include customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your customer is responsible for these fees.
  • Shipping costs for each additional item, according to shipping rates

  • Express delivery available only from Latvia
  • Tracked and DHL Experess Worldwide services can not be shiped to PO Boxes.
